Cancellation policy

The items in our store are offered as pre-orders. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel this type of purchase.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order in our store, the full amount of your order is charged at the time the order is confirmed.

Pre-orders are shipped within a maximum of 5 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. You will be notified by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it is shipped by contacting us directly by email at contactzumis@gmail.com or via our contact form. A full refund will be issued as soon as possible to your original payment method.
