Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales concluded between:

And any person making a purchase via the Zumis website.

Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those presented on the website at the time of the user’s consultation, within the limits of available stock.

Zumis strives to present its products with the greatest possible accuracy.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC) where VAT applies.

Zumis reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Delivery fees are indicated before the final validation of the order.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes a sales contract upon payment confirmation.

Zumis reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

an existing dispute with the customer,
suspicion of fraud,
incomplete or incorrect information.

A confirmation email is sent after order validation.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Payments are secured via the solutions provided on Shopify (bank card, PayPal, or other methods available on the site).

Zumis never has access to customers’ banking data.

6. Delivery

Zumis delivers to France, the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on destination, peak periods, or customs procedures.

Zumis strives to best satisfy its customers.

Zumis cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond its control.

The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the parcel upon receipt and reporting any issues as soon as possible.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

Products must be returned:

unused,
in their original condition,
with their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer except in the case of an error by Zumis or a defective product.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.

8. Defective products or order errors

In the event of a defective product or a preparation error, the customer must contact Zumis as soon as possible with supporting evidence (photos if necessary).

An appropriate solution will be offered: replacement, exchange, or refund.

9. Liability

Zumis cannot be held responsible for:

damages resulting from improper use of the products,
website interruptions,
force majeure events,
delays related to delivery services.

10. Personal data

Personal data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relationship management.

In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

11. Intellectual property

All elements of the Zumis website (product designs, texts, images, logos, visuals, design, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction or use without written authorization is prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Governing law and disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
